CONSERVATION PROJECTS
Costa Rica is worldwide recognised for its defense of the enviroment. 25% of Costa Rican territory is protected as national parks or other form of protection, the highest percentage of protected areas in any country. To be able to maintain this plenty of labour hand is needed. You can make your own contribution by helping these projects.
Turtle projects are some of the most popular and are intended to save endangered species of turtles like the green turtle, hawksbill, who come to nest in costa rican beaches and whose offspring have Little chance of surviving without help. Romelia, Buenavista and Qulonios are great places to help save the turtles.
Other conservation projects are aimed to protect wildlife etc
